Elizabeth B. Velozo is involved in alternative treatments and
healing therapies. She founded Floratherapy by Ely in 2006,
determined to create a natural line dedicated to educating
clients about the benefits of a holistic lifestyle. Elizabeth
became interested in Holistic/Homeopathic Health in 2004
when illness struck home. Her mother was diagnosed with
Acute Myeloid Leukemia and was given six months of life.
It was at this point Elizabeth turned to Flower Essences to
help her deal with the news of her mother's sudden illness.
Shortly thereafter, she became a Bach Essence Consultant
and is now in the final phase of becoming a Flower Essence
Practitioner through the British Institute of Homeopathic
Medicine.

Her search led to many natural traditional home made
remedies and she made it her quest to educate herself and
others on the importance of aromatherapy, hydrotherapy,
nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. Elizabeth holds a
Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing from Florida
International University. She is an Aromatherapist,
Iridology and Flower Essence Consultant obtained through
the Australation College of Natural health Sciences where
she is scheduled to complete the Holistic
Health/Homeopathic Practitioner course in December 2006.
Elizabeth is a member of the National Association for
Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) and the Flower Essence
Society.
